JOUR 1 : ARRIVÉE À CASABLANCA- RABAT

À votre arrivée au Maroc, vous rencontrerez notre chauffeur francophone pour vous emmener de l’aéroport à Casablanca pour visiter la mosquée Hassan II et la cour de la Mecque ainsi que la côte de la ville. Ensuite, vous serez redirigé vers la capitale administrative du Maroc, « Rabat ». Nous passerons la première nuit à l’hôtel à la medina de Rabat.


JOUR 2: CASABLANCA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

Le matin après le petit-déjeuner, nous commençons l’activité de la deuxième journée du circuit de 14 jours au départ de Casablanca- les attractions du Maroc. A Rabat, nous visiterons la tour Hassan et quelques beaux endroits. Après cela, nous nous rendrons à Chefchaouen en passant par la ville de Kénitra et aux côtés des monts du Rif. Aussi, nous passerons par Wazzan et quelques campagnes. Nous arriverez à Chefchaouen avant le coucher du soleil.


DAY 3: CHEFCHAOUEN

During the third day in Chefchaouen, you will enjoy seeing villages among green landscapes at the bottom of Rif Mount. After you do this, we will move toward Chefchaouen medina influenced by Spanish culture. In the old medina, you will go from one store to see and may buy local manufacturing of furniture. Later, we are looking for a hotel over the medina and nice views.


DAY 4: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES

Our amusing journey will be continued after you enjoy your breakfast towards Volubilis passing by the side of Wazzan. Volubilis is the Roman Empire remains by which we will discover how the Roman built their palaces before Christ. Thereafter, you will make it to Meknes. It is another old imperial city since the seventeenth century. As soon as we have lunch, we will go for a walk to see the enormous walls surrounding the old Medina. Not only moving around these big walls, but we are also going to visit Bab El Mansour and a holy building where Mulay Ismail was buried. An hour later, we will be in Fes to stay for the night in a hotel.


DAY 5: FES SIGHTSEEING

You are exploring the old Medina in Fes shortly after you have breakfast in the hotel. To do so, a local tour guide will lead you to see the souks of Old Medina and its thatched buildings as well as visiting the Gate of Royal Palace. After that, the guide is taking you to the oldest university in the world call ‘Al Quaraouine University’ founded in the 9thcentury. Occasionally, you are finding out Al Quaraouine Mosque with muddy large walls. Moreover, you will get to visit the tomb of Fes Founder ‘Mulay Idriss II’. By the way, you are going to have lunch in a traditional restaurant in Medina. As soon as you have a delicious lunch, the guide will go with you not only to see Nejjarine Fountain, and an old Garden called Harem but also standing by the Batha Museum. After this, you are going back to the hotel.


DAY 6: FREE MORNING IN FES AND DRIVE TO MIDELT IN THE AFTERNOON (MIDELT IS HALF WAY FROM FES TO MERZOUGA)

In the afternoon, you will begin your trip in the direction of Merzouga going through Ifrane. It is a town known as Moroccan Switzerland with its green streets. In addition to that, you are going to take a road across a large forest covered with cedar and oak trees on which monkeys, birds and boars live. At the end of this forest, you are to start going up the Middle Atlas Mountains where you can see the tents and herds of nomadic Berbers of which you take some photos. An hour later, you will get to Midelt for accommodation in Taddarte Traditional hotel.


DAY 7: MIDELT – ZIZ VALLEY – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA – CAMEL RIDE AND NIGHT IN A CAMP

As soon as you get up and have your breakfast, we will drive in the direction of Merzouga. After getting to Merzouga, you will go via Tizi Ntalghamt Pass through the summit of the Atlas Mountains and along Ziz Valley carved into rocky gorges whereby we will have a pause to take pictures of wonderful views. You will feel the beginning of Sahara as you are getting close. Later on, we will pursue our way past Errachidia towards Sahara Desert (Merzouga) where we will go ridding camels for the night in a camp and enjoy the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. During your camp, you will have a chance to watch both the sunset and sunrise over the sands as well as Berber music at night.


DAY 8:MERZOUGA – KHAMLIA VILLAGE

After you watch the most beautiful sunrise thanks to the camel man who will get you up early, you are going back peacefully by camels to your hotel in Merzouga for breakfast and shower. After that, you will drive to Khamlia. It is a village situated in the desert middle where you are going to acquaint native people and try their way of living. Also, you are to see an oasis with palms.


DAY 9: TOUDGHA GORGES – DADES VALLEY

Once you have your breakfast, we are going to drive across desert by the side of an oasis full of palms owned by Berbers. The coming destination is a village of Alnif which is famous with cooperatives of fossils. After we have a cup of tea, we will keep on our journey among the Atlas mountain hills where you can visit Toudgha Gorges. It is a beautiful gorge with clean water welling up between rocks. When we finish enjoying this gorge views, we are going along the cliffs of Dades Valley next to which we will spend our night in a nice hotel at the top of a high stony hill. DAY 10: DADES VALLEY  -OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH – MARRAKECH

When you have breakfast in the hotel, we will continue out trip via Dades Valley in the direction of Kalaat Mgouna to Ouarzazate. After doing so, We are arriving at Chichaoua in order to have a pause for rest and coffee and then we pursue our trip to see the trees of Argan. These type of dried fruit exists only in Morocco. It is used for remedy and various purposes. These trees are very old, but they are now under the upper hand of UNESCO.

As soon as you get to Essaouira, you will continuously go walking and exploring the coasts of this wonderful city, where you will visit the old Medina and the port constructed by Portuguese last century. DAY 12: ESSOUIRA – MARRAKECH

Later on, we will have other pauses in our way to Marrakech to save some photos of beautiful views. At night, we will be in the red city of Marrakech for dinner and bed in a hotel. More than that, we are going to go for a walk in Jamaa Elfna with a local guide so as to enjoy ourselves by seeing snake enchanters and other entertainers.


DAY 13: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING

As Marrakech has got a lot of great sites to see, we will spend the whole day right there with the purpose of exploring all these places including: A visit to the Menara. It is enclosed with a pool and a long fence of flowers. This excursion will cover other impressive sites of the city such as The mosque of Koutoubia tower and a garden named Garden Majorelle by a French painter Jacques Majorelle. You are also going to shortly visit Bahia Palace and Dar Sidi Said palace as well as the jewelry museum. Later after lunch, you are walking in Medina for shopping traditional things in souks. As the sunset is getting closer, we will be in a café terrace above Jamaa Elafna Square. After that, you are going back to the hotel.


DAY 14: TRANSFER TO MARRAKECH AIRPORT

When you have your breakfast, we are to leave for Chefchaouen across the Rif Mounts and by the side of small villages. Later on, we will be in Chefchaouen which is famous with wonderful blue views. You are going to explore this city thanks to a tour guide presence before you check in a hotel for the night.
