8 DAYS FASCINATING SOUTH MOROCCO TOUR

Day 1 :Marakech – Tizi-n-test – Taliouine

In the first day of our journey, you will quit Marrakech towards Taliouine via Ansi Village of Berbers and along the river of Ouirgane. As you are going across the Atlas hills, you are going through a Pass called Tizi-n-test arriving at Taliouine where you will spend the first night in a hotel.

Day 2: Taliouine – Taznakht – Foum Zguit – Iriki – Chegaga

After enjoying your breakfast, we will travel to Foum Zguit by the road of Taznakht. In Foum Zguit, we will have a pause for lunch and then pursue our plan to Chegaga across a dry lake named Iriki. As soon as we reach Chegaga town, you are going to see some nomads’ way of living in tents. Subsequently, you are to try a good experience in tents at the middle of the sand dunes of Chegaga after watching the sunset.

Day 3: Chegaga – Mhamid – Tamgrout – Zagoura

After you get up and see the most fascinating sunrise over the golden dunes of Chegaga, you are having breakfast and going through holy oasis for Mhamid where to have lunch. In the afternoon, we will keep on our way to Tamgroute where you will go to see Zaouia ‘Quranic library’ as well as some potters making ceramic furniture. We will also take you to visit underground Kasbah. Later, we will be in Zagoura for for accommodation in a hotel.

Day 4: Zagoura – Daraa Valley – Tansihkt – Nkob – Tazarine – Alnif

As soon as you finish your breakfast, we are going along Daraa Valley towards Tansikht and Nkob in which we will enjoy sightseeing desert views and villages. Subsequently, we will go to Alnif for lunch. In the afternoon, we ware to pursue our trip to Merzouga going across Rissani. Later, you will get to Merzouga for dinner and bed in an a guest house.

Day 5: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga

When you have your breakfast, we will go off for a tour across the sand dunes towards oasis of Merzouga and Khamlia village which is called black village as it has black volcanic rocks and mines MIFISS. After doing so, you are also going to visit nomads and Tissardmine oasis in the desert. An hour later, you will be back to the camels so as to see the sunset and spend the next night in tents by an oasis in the middle of Sahara.

Day 6: Merzouga – Arfoud – Ziz Valley – Errachidia – Goulmima – Tinjdad – Tinghir – Toudgha Gorge

Today you get up early to watch the sunrise over the sands and come back by camels to the hotel. After breakfast, you will go across fields of palm trees of Tafilalet arrivibg at Rissani which was the main city of Alaoui Sultans. Later on, we will get to Erfoud and pursue our way along Ziz Valley where to stop and have lunch. Concerning the afternoon, we will keep out trip to Goulmima and Tinghir where we will stay in a hotel to spend our night.

Day 7: Toudgha Gorge – Boumalne – Dades Valley – Dades Gorge – Roses Valley – Kalaa Magouna – Skoura – Ouarzazate.

After having breakfast, we will visit Todgha Gorge where you will enjoy seeing high cliffs. Moreover, you are going to go along Dades valley to explore its deep gorges next to which you are to have lunch in a small restaurant. In the afternoon, we will travel to Kalaa Magouna along the bank of Roses Valley in which you take advantage of colorful flowers until you get to Kalaa Magouna. For a while later, you will continue your trip to Ouarzazate after you pay a visit to Skoura and Amredhyle Kasbah. In the evening, you are arriving at Ouarzazate for bed and dinner in a hotel.

Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Kasbah Talouet – Marrakech

Once you already have breakfast, you will go out exploring Kasbah of Taourirt and how Ait Ben Haddou Ksar was built. The latter is considered a world heritage site. It attracts a lot of film makers such as the one who directed GLADIATOR and so on. After doing so, we are going to see another Ksar which is Talouet Kasbah. Later, we will travel to Marrakech via the summit of Atlas Mountains called Tizi N-tichka pass until we reach the red city ‘Marrakech’. End of our serving.
