6 DAYS – Tour from Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga Desert

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

As soon as you enjoy your breakfast, we will abandon Fes for Desert indirectly because we are to have a pause some important places by the side of the road. First, we go across Ifrane to Azrou cedar forest where you will enjoy a good time seeing huge trees. You will also see monkeys living there. Afterwards, you will keep on your journey via Midelt and the Atlas Mount. Throughout this road, you are going along Ziz Valley until you reach Erfoud which holds a lot of palm areas. Later on, you will be in Merzouga for some rest so that you can continue your trip by ridding camels through sands. Arriving at the middle of the Desert where you will find berber nomadic tents to spend the night after you take the pleasure of the sunset.

Day 2: Merzouga – Visiting small villages – Khamlia Village

As you seize the opportunity to watch the sunrise over yellow sands, we are to go back to Merzouga center for breakfast and bathing in the hotel. After that, we will follow our plans to visit some Berber small towns. Khamlia village is where to have lunch and find out about nomadic lifestyle and Gnwa music. More than that, we will spend the following night in a hotel.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Visiting the market – Camels Ride

In the third day of our journey, we will travel to Rissani in order to visit its wonderful souks full of traditional manufacturing things. After we explore Rissani way of life, we are going to have lunch then leave back for Khamlia to spend the next night with Berber taste of music.

Day 4: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Jorf – Tinjdad – Toudgha Gorges – Dades Valley

As soon as you have breakfast, we will follow our track to Dades Valley by the road of Rissani. So, we are also going to see some small Berber towns of Tinghir and Tinjdad. As we continue our way, we will get to a nice site called Boumalne du Dades at the sunset to spend our night there.

Day 5:Dades Valley – Skoura Valley – Roses Valley and Ouarzazate

In the beginning of this day, we will take the road to Ouarzazate by going across Kalaa Magouna and along the valley of Skoura and Roses. Later, we will be in a wonderful city full of Kasbahs and imprssive sites which attract many film makers around the world. It is Ouarzazate where we spend our night in a hotel.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

When you have breakfast, we will go to see some tourist places in Ouarzazate including; attractive Kasbahs, cinema studio and tile-roofed Kasbahs. This city is famous with attracting foreign film producers. Later, we will go across the Atlas Mountains via Tizi N-Tichka. It is a nice pass whereby you will enjoy wonderful views and take some photos. After that, you will reach the red city Marrakech where you will spend the following night.
