5 DAYS DESERT TOUR TO FES

Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi Ntichka Pass – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Our journey begins after you have breakfast towards desert Sahara. Along this way, we will pass through the summits of the Atlas Mount in Tizi N-tichka pass. Later, we will reach Talouet where you are to see Kasbah of El Glaoui leader where you are going to adjourn for lunch. In the afternoon, we will be on our way to the most beautiful Kasbah in Morocco. It is Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou where many western films were made. After visiting this famous place, we are going to Ouarzazate for accommodation.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Skoura – Kalaa Magouna – Valley of Roses – Dades Gorges – Boumalne – Tinghir – Toudgha Gorges

In the second day morning after having breakfast in Ouarzazate, we will leave onward Skoura on order to visit Amredil Kasbah which is located within palm trees. After so, we will follow a road with Kasbahs aside until we come across the Valley of Roses. Later, we are to drive off-road so that we can go to see families who live in caves. Next, we will go for a walk among cliffs of Dades gorges to find out more about the history of rocks and then carry on our trip to Dades Boumalne where to have lunch. In the afternoon, we will travel to Tinghir in order that you will have access to Toudgha Gorges within which you will enjoy sightseeing splendid landscapes of deep gorges. More, you will spend a good night in Kasbah hotel.

Day 3: Todgha Gorges – Tinejdad – Toroug Town – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi(Merzouga)

After you wake up and have breakfast, you are walking within palm trees and enjoy the landscapes of Toudgha River. After that, we will travel to Tinjdad where you will have your lunch. In the afternoon, we are going to follow the road by the side of which there are Berber villages; like Toroug and El Jarf. Later, we will rach Erfoud which is known with workshops of fossils. Next, we pursue our way towards Merzouga in order to have a chance to experience nomadic life in a desert. in Merzouga to meet camels that will transport you throughout the sand dunes. At the middle of desert, you will settle down in a bivouac (equipped tents) and you will go up the nearest sand hill to watch the sunset. Then, you are coming back to the tent to enjoy a traditional meal cooked by the guide and spend the night.

Day 4:Merzouga – Hassi Labied –khamlia – Nomad Family – fossil site – Tour of the dunes.

After enjoying the most beautiful sunrise and breakfast, you will go back by camels straight to your hotel for a shower. Luckily, you will take a 4*4 jeep for a stroll on sand dunes to see black rocks of volcanoes. Besides, you are visiting one of nomadic families living in a tent to explore their way of life as well as going to Khamlia village so that we would take the pleasure of their Gnawa music. As lunchtime getting closer, we will leave the lake of Dayte Sarji to Merzouga or Hassi Labied for having lunch. Thereafter, you will enjoy moving in oasis towards a water channel, before you go to a local hotel for accommodation.

Day 5: Merzouga – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

During the last day of our journey, you will take a long trip to Fes. Throughout this way, we are going to stop in Rissani to visit its markets. Then, you will pursue the trip to Errachidia passing across Erfoud. We will go along Ziz valley towards Aoufous until we reach Errachidia. Continuously, we will travel across the summits of Atlas Mountains via Tizi N-talghamt pass where we stop to enjoy attic views and take some photos. An hour later, we will reach Midelt for lunch and some rest before we depart to Azrou. Immediately after lunch, we will go up the Middle Atlas Mountains within cedar forest in which you may see some monkeys living there. The city of Ifrane will be the next destination before we get to Fes to End the journey.
